| Abstract: | The balanced society consists with the balance between human and nature in productivity and the balance between one and another in productive relationship. The regional decline of environment has become the biggest block in building balanced society of socialism. Building balanced society and developing biology economy is necessary choice to sustain the development of economy in our country for 21 century. |
