| 摘 要： | 在建设工程实践中，应根据遇到的实际问题，在分析研究的基础上，遵照建设工程造价有效控制的原则和方法，对建设工程进行有效控制。抓重点环节，实施主动控制，采取技术与经济相结合的手段，在建设工程的各阶段采用科学的方法对造价工程进行有效控制，以求合理地使用人力、物力和财力，取得较好的投资效益。

| Abstract: | It should take effective control of construction project, according to practical problems in construction practice. It will be based on principles and methods of effective control of construction project cost on the basis of analysis. That is to handle the key link, implement initiative control, resort to the measures of the combination of techniques and economic measures, and take scientific methods to get costing engineering under effective control on each stage of construction project in order to use the manpower, material and financial resources reasonably to acquire more investment benefits. |
