| 摘 要： | 国有企业思想政治工作是国有企业改革发展稳定的有力保证。当前,国有企业的思想政治工作还存在认识不到位、力量不够、载体不丰富、动力不足、激励不健全等不足。面对新形势、新任务,加强和改进国有企业思想政治工作,关键在加强党的领导,重点在改革创新,根本在于推进工作实现科学化、制度化。

| Abstract: | Political and ideological work in state-owned enterprises refers to a powerful guarantee for the stable development and reform.Currently,it still has some shortages,such as the lack of understandings,power,carriers,motivation and underdeveloped incentive policies.Facing new situations and tasks,to promote and improve this work,Party leaders are the keys,and reform and innovation are the emphases,while the root is to make this work become more scientific and more institutional. |
