| 摘 要： | 我国是一个农业大国和农产品大国,农产品物流在国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的作用.它关系到农业的产业化发展和农民的增收致富,更关系到整个国民经济运行的效率与质量.构筑系统而完善的农产品现代物流产业发展支撑体系是推动农业现代化与市场化的核心,也是社会主义新农村建设最重要的组织保障.系统而完善的农产品现代物流产业发展支撵体系需要在认识世界物流产业发展趋势的基础上,把握宏观政策取向,确定农产品现代物流产业发展的基本原则与组织创新的基本思路,分别从基础设施、管理水平、技术水平、物流主体及宏观环境等五个方面进行系统构筑.
