招投标与合同管理在实践中存在的问题及解决措施

The Problems Existing in the Practice of Bidding,Tendering and Contract Management and the Solutions

With the development of the times,more and more enterprises appear and grow,and the market competition is more and more fierce.Bidding and tendering have become a mainstream way of competition in the era.At the same time,in order to ensure the feasibility and safety of bidding and tendering,enterprises combine contract management with bidding and tendering as a new way of competitive selection and apply it to social competition.However,there are many problems existing in the practice process of bidding,tendering and contract management.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice of bidding,tendering and contract management,and puts forward the solutions,so as to lay the foundation for the future practice of bidding,tendering and contract management.
