浅析中小型集团企业的信息化工作机制

国内企业从最初应用计算机到今天,已经经历了三十多年的历程。大多数企业由于对信息化的认识不够,在信息化的过程中走了弯路,由于缺乏统筹,国内企业信息化大多是由下到上的,集团内各个业务板块之间无法进行信息交互和共享,形成一个个信息孤岛,企业根本无法获得准确的经营决策数据,而且往往造成重复投资。这也使得企业管理者对信息化爱恨交加,踌躇不前。那么,怎样才能把企业的信息化建设做得卓有成效呢?论文从企业管理者的角度,谈谈如何做好中小型集团企业的信息化工作。

Analysis of the Informatization Working Mechanism of Small and Medium-Sized Group Enterprises

Domestic enterprises from the initial application of computers to today,has experienced more than 30 years of course.Owing to lack of understanding of informatization,most of the enterprises in the process of informatization go detour,because of the lack of plan as a whole,the informatization of domestic enterprise are mostly from the bottom up.There is no information interaction and sharing among the various business segments of the group,forming an information island.Therefore,the enterprise cannot obtain accurate business decision data at all,and it often leads to repeated investment.This also makes enterprise managers love and hate informatization,and enterprises hesitate to move forward.So,how can the enterprise informatization construction do effective?From the perspective of enterprise managers,this paper discusses how to do a good job in the informatization work of small and medium-sized group enterprises.
