苏州锦诚物流运作模式研究

第三方物流企业提供的物流服务为客户创造了"第三利润源泉",其作用越来越被重视,但是由于我国第三方物流起步较晚,因此第三方物流企业运营管理的科学性有所欠缺。文章就苏州锦诚物流公司为例,对其公司物流运作模式进行了研究,提出该公司在经营运作过程中所存在的问题并给出相应的改进方法,通过解决这些问题来增强企业在市场中的竞争力。

The research on logistics operation mode of Jincheng company in Suzhou

Third-party logistics enterprises to provide logistics services for customers has created a "third source of profits",and its role is taken more and more attention,but due to a late start of China's third-party logistics,there are some deficiencies existing in the scientific operation and management.In this paper,based on the research of operating mode,we take Jincheng Logistics Company as an example to analyze the conditions and problem of operating and give some relevant methods.Through solving these problems,we can improve the competitive ability of enterprise.
