摘    要:通过对宅配市场总体环境的分析,结合物流公司的实际情况,提出物流公司开展宅配业务的营销策略建议,包括宅配产品设计、宅配网络发展规划等,并在此基础上对物流企业发展过程中的风险做了相应的对策研究。
