| 摘 要： | 量化理论由科学管理学之父泰勒提出,后被广泛应用于企业员工绩效考评,并解决了很多考评难题。语音测试也同样具有考评难的问题,并且语音测试结果多以毫无意义的数字形式呈现,达不到问题反馈的目的。鉴于企业员工绩效考评与英语语音测试评分的共同点,在语音测试评分中引入量化理论,可以大大提高英语语音测试评分反馈效度。

| Abstract: | Quantitative approaches have been widely used in performance appraisal for enterprise employees and have proved to be a great success in settling some touchy problems ever since it was proposed by F·Taylor,the father of scientific management.Like in performance appraisal,the pronunciation test poses a problem,because the figures in the test result may turn out to be meaningless.Considering the case,the test may fail to make clear the testers’ problems.Due to the similarities between enterprise personnel performance appraisal and test for English pronunciation,the integration of quantitative approaches into English pronunciation test grading is a good way to improve the validity of the feedback of English pronunciation test. |
