| 摘 要： | 科技服务业是一种新兴的战略性产业,但学术界对其内涵和外延一直存在争议。通过借鉴国内外研究成果,结合实际,对科技服务业的内涵和外延作了系统化和合理化的拓展和界定,并对相似概念辨析。最终,为科技服务业行业的管理、发展规律的把握及针对性的政策支持提供有力依据。

| Abstract: | Technology services industry is emerging as a strategic industry,but its connotation and extension has been controversial in the academic circle.By drawing on the research results from home and abroad,the article makes systematic and rational efforts to expand and define the connotation and extension of the technology services and differentiate the similar concepts.Finally,the article provides a standard on the management of the technology services industry,the law of development and the policy. |
