| 摘 要： | 社区物业管理是构建和谐社区的重要组成部分，从分析社区物业管理的利益主体出发，讨论导致社区物业管理陷入困境的原因——物业利益主体建构上的缺位，通过完善社区物业管理不同利益主体内部机制，在不同层面形成其间的合作模式，把社区利益冲突降到最低限度，实现社区的和谐。

| Abstract: | Property management plays an important role in building a harmonious community.Based on the analysis of the interest subjects of community property management,this paper analyses the problems faced by the community property management,which is the defects in the construction of property interest subjects and proposes cooperation modes by improving the internal mechanism of different interest subjects in the community property management,which minimizes interest conflicts of the community and thus reach harmony in community. |
