The world today, North-South gap is growing because northern developed countries have a leading role in economic globalization with powerful technology. The southern countries should regard indigenous knowledge as the national capital, the one of the fundamental forces to establish self-development skills and knowledge innovation, and promote the value of indigenous knowledge, enhance the research, protection and the utilization.
