| Abstract: | This article mainly analyzes the exposed crisis phenomenon of China's securities broker company. From the risk factor, facilitating factor and deep factor angle, the article probes into all sorts of origins behind securities trader's crisis. At the end of the article, the authors have proposed standardizing and developing several policy suggestions of the securities broker company of our country. |
