| 摘 要： | 本文在总结企业战略联盟稳定性理论研究的基础上,从不完全契约理论的视角出发,运用不完全契约理论的GHM模型对企业战略联盟的稳定性进行分析,并在此基础上提出联盟不完全契约治理的一些思考。
