马歇尔计划与西欧一体化再论

战后初期,美国通过马歇尔计划把对欧经济援助与支持西欧一体化紧密联系在一起,希望以此促进西欧联合并将其作为美国在欧洲限制德国、遏制苏联的工具。但西欧国家对于美国在一体化问题上所施加的压力反应消极,甚至有所抵制。美国本身急于求成的态度也使得其通过马歇尔计划推动西欧一体化的目标在短期内难以实现。

On the Marshall Plan and the Integration of the Western Europe

At the beginning of the ending of the Second World War,the United States associated the economic subsidies to Europe with its promoting the integration of the Western Europe tightly according to the Marshall Plan,as to boost the unity of the Western Europe,and so as an instrument to restrict Germany and deter the USSR.However,the Western Europe's reaction to the impulse of the US on the issue of integration was passive and sometimes resistant.Likewise,the impatience of the US made its aim to spur the integration of the Western Europe according to the Marshall Plan more difficult to realize.
