| 摘 要： | 产业基金是最典型的信托业务，有利于信托公司培育核心盈利模式，从信托的功能和制度优势来看，运用信托平台发展产业基金具有可行性。目前信托公司可以在基础设施建设、能源、房地产等几个行业尝试运作产业投资基金。在目前的政策环境下，房地产产业基金和煤炭产业基金，是信托公司利用自身的制度优势可以拓展的一种准产业基金业务，由于二者的行业差别，两种产业基金的设计模式也有一定的差异。

| Abstract: | Industry fund is the most typical trust transaction, beneficial for trust company to foster core profit-making mode. Seen from the function and system advantage of trust, it＇ s feasible to develop industry fund by using the trust platform. At present, the trust company can have a trial of operating industry fund in such industries as infrastructure construction, energy sources, real estate, etc. In the present policy environment, real estate industry fund and charcoal industry fund are a quasi-industry fund transaction for the trust company to develop by using its system advantage of its own, The design pattern for these two industry funds is rather distinct owing to the industry difference of these two funds. |
