风景旅游地吸引力组织研究

摘    要:基于AVC理论框架,从旅游吸引力最大化的根本指向——旅游体验值最大化出发,以旅游体验构成的各个角度深入分析吸引力因子作用的路径和方式;以此进行旅游主体的市场细分,得出一定的旅游市场中作用相对重要的吸引力因子和由这些因子特征所决定的项目,再以旅游项目为导向,从经济、社会和空间3方面入手探讨旅游规划措施。从而探索1种使吸引力最大化的主动的、以发掘人的内在需求为提升点的新的规划方法。

Abstract:Based on the framework of AVC theory,through the research of maximized tourism attraction and pointed to the characteristic of the scenic tourism area,this thesis deeply analyses the routes and ways of the function of tourism attraction from all aspects of tourism experience formed by using the theory of organizing.Then it subdivides tourism market,determines projects which carries on some tourism character factors.This thesis take tourism projects as the direction,organizes three aspects of economy,society and space to implement a tourism plan by applying the spirit of organization theory.Thus we probe a planning method for maximized tourism attraction,mining the passive traditional resources distribution planning method to a positive new one involving exploring people's inherent demands.
