| 摘 要： | 农村合作金融机构资金业务起步较晚,加之"两级法人"的体制现状,业务经营中逐步暴露出信息来源渠道单一、议价能力较差、市场分析薄弱、管理制度缺失等问题。本文拟通过对上述问题的深入分析,从强化省级联社服务职能入手,提出促进农村合作金融机构资金业务健康发展的政策建议。
