民营企业中的人力资本及其存在的问题

Since the opening and reform,Chinese private enterprises have realized abnormal spurt development.Private enterprises have become an important power to promote the economic growth,technological progress and economic internationalization of our country.However,the situation of manpower capital in private enterprises is not very satisfactory.Many problems exist in the creation and collocation of manpower capital in most private enterprises and these problems have direct influence on the collocation efficiency of manpower capital in private enterprises and their long-term competitiveness.
