企业并购后人员绩效考核的多层次AHP-模糊综合评价及应用

摘    要:并购是企业扩大规模,增强实力的有效途径之一。企业并购是一项复杂的系统工程,并购是否成功,是否能够真正实现企业价值的增值,关键在于企业人力资源的有效整合。做好并购中人员的绩效考核,可以评估企业并购中人力资源整合的有效性。针对企业并购的复杂背景下,运用多层次AHP-模糊综合测评法,建立多层次模糊评价矩阵,来量化评估企业并购中人员不同层级的绩效考核,结合相应的实证分析。结果表明:该方法能加强评价结果的可度量性,客观性和可操作性。

Abstract:Enterprise merger and acquisition is a complicated systematic project, enterprises merger is the effective approach to expand and strengthen the enterprises strength. How to determine success or failure of mergers, and added value particularly the key to truly put human resources integrate into effect. The multiple AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation specifically for enterprise merger and acquisition complicacy background. Build the multi-fuzzy evaluation matrix, to estimate quantization that different level human resources performance appraisal in enterprise merger, and apply to enterprise to demonstration analysis. The result indicated, that the method can reinforce objectivity, norm and operatability to appraising result's.
