基于Malmquist指数的创新型省份科技创新效率的变动研究

采用Malmquist指数计算全要素生产的变化率,对2005-2011年全国30个创新型省份科技创新效率的动态变化进行研究。研究表明,各创新型省份的科技创新效率总的是呈现上升趋势的。其中,技术进步的贡献上升是全要素生产率提高的内在动力和原因,而技术效率影响了全要素生产率的提高和科技创新效率的提升。因此,要提高创新型省份的科技创新效率必须进一步改善技术效率。

Study of Science and Technology Innovation Efficiency Based on Malquist Index Approach

The paper adopts Malmquist index to calculate TFP and studies the trend of science and technology innovation efficiency of 30 provinces in China over the period of 2005 to 2011. The result shows that the S-T innovation efficiency of innovation-based provinces is rising in general. Technological progress is the inner drive for the increase of TFP, while technological efficiency affectsthe rise of TFP and S-T innovation efficiency. Therefore, the grow of S-T innovation efficiency of a province depends on the improvement of its technological efficiency.
