国家技术创新效率的评估与比较

通过构建国家层面的技术创新效率的评估指标体系,对全球40个国家以及主要经济体国家在2000年至2010年期间的技术创新效率进行了评估与比较,勾勒了一幅全球技术创新的参考地图。通过对技术创新的资本投入效率和人力投入效率的评估与比较,并且采用DEA方法对技术创新综合效率的评估与比较,揭示了全球范围内不同国家之间技术创新的竞争态势与发展趋势,同时也揭示了我国在全球技术创新中的竞争位置。

National Technological Innovation Efficiency: Assessment and Comparison

This paper attempts to assess the efficiency of technological innovation across countries in a comparative perspective. A framework of technological innovation efficiency is developed based on the inputs and outputs of technological innovation. The research covers 40 countries from 2000 to 2010. The efficiency of technological innovation for a given country is captured from its capital efficiency, human efficiency, and DEA effi ciency. The results of study show us a global map of technological innovation as well as the nation＇s status and trend of change in the global competition for technological innovation.
