| 摘 要： | 高职高专教育起步晚、发展快,由于客观条件的限制,使其在发展过程中不可避免地产生了人文素质教育薄弱的问题,高职高专教育在进行职业培训、为个人谋生做准备的同时,不应忘记教育的终极目的--人格的完美.高职高专要加强人文素质教育,引导学生如何做人,从而达到人的自我和谐、人与社会的和谐、人与自然的和谐.
