| 摘 要： | 传统的中国社会是一个建立在家族基础上的社会，家族企业根源于传统社会以家族为基础的化及社会结构。传统家族化影响了家族企业这一企业组织形式的生成、选择、管理和发展。传统家族化虽是我们宝贵的遗产，但在现代家族企业的发展过程中却必须扬弃。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese society was established on the basis of families. Household enterprises are deeply rooted in the family - based culture and social establishment. The traditional family culture poses great influence to the emergence, selection, management and development of family enterprises. Though traditional family culture is our precious heritage, its defects must be deserted while its advantages are inherited. |
