| Abstract: | Concerning scientific research management for department-leveled achievements in colleges and universities, the paper establishes a department-leveled index assessment system for achievements in scientific research. It presents a set of approaches of measurement for assessing scientific research work of department-leveled in colleges and universities. The system is comprehensive, objective and scientific. |
