He has published a large number of books and articles covering such topics as buy-outs, divestiture, antitrust policy, mergers and acquisitions, and deregulation.;Research Fellow at CMBOR. In addition to academic publications in the field of buy-outs and divestitures, he has practical experience in commercial banking and in the disposal of divisions via buy-outs. |
