Analysis and control of investment risk for water supplying enterprises

This paper presents prediction of investment risk factors and selection of reasonable countermeasures with regard to the uncertainty of the actual sold water quantity, predicted water price and loss due to doubtful accounts for water supplying enterprises. Their investment risk should be minimized so as to ensure the maximum benefit of project investment, that is, to calculate profit and loss of the sold water quantity.
