我国经济开发区投资环境评价研究

本文综述了国内外关于经济开发区投资环境评价的指标体系与方法,提出其指标体系已不能准确、全面地反映我国经济开发区投资环境出现的新特征、新因素,而且评价方法静态单一,所以对开发区的投资环境综合评价需要进一步研究。结合开发区投资环境出现的新动向,把握经济技术开发区的新特点,本文对我国经济开发区投资环境评价进行设计,构建新的指标体系,并提出一些综合运用多种评价方法,以提高我国经济开发区投资环境综合评价水平。

China economic development district investment environment evaluation research

This paper summarizes investment environment evaluation index systems and methods of economic developing areas, and points out those evaluation systems and methods could not be fit for the new trends of the environmental changes and developing areas should pay attention to reinforcing competitive production capacity to forming enterprise groups and industrial groups. Therefore, by the methods of the expert analysis and investor views, new evaluation index system of investment environment of developing areas is built and new methods are introduced.
