基于PLC和变频器的恒压供水泵站系统设计

摘    要:本文在分析和比较了国内外供水自动控制系统的发展现状和特点的基础上,结合变频调速恒压供水系统的工作原理与我国中小城市供水的现状,设计了一套以变频调速技术为基础的恒压供水系统。该系统综合运用PLC、变频调速技术以及自动控制技术,通过调节水泵电机的供电电压和频率,控制电机转速以调节流量实现了恒压供水参数的自动控制,保证了供水系统随时维持在最佳运行状况。

Abstract:Based on the analysis and comparison of the status and characteristics of water supply control system at home and abroad,combining with working principle of frequency control constant pressure water supply system and the status of water supply in medium and small cities of China,this paper designed a set of constant pressure water supply system based on frequency control technology.The system comprehensively uses PLC,frequency conversion technology and automatic control technology,controls the motor speed by adjusting the pump motor power supply voltage and frequency to regulate the flow to achieve automatic control of constant pressure water supply parameters,ensuring water supply system being in the good running condition at any time.
