我国弱势群体利益诉求的表达滞阻与实现途径

我国正处于社会转型期，各个阶层利益分化和冲突加剧，由于弱势群体拥有社会资源少、竞争能力弱，权益受到了不同程度的损害，因而需要表达自身利益诉求的强烈愿望。但由于存在制度安排不合理、代言组织不到位、表达渠道不畅通等原因，导致他们的利益表达受阻。只有通过强化政府渠道、构造社会渠道和完善法律渠道三条途径，通过畅通的利益表达机制，实现弱势群体的有效利益表达。
