基于利益相关者视角的节能生态系统分析

节能需要不同的节能利益相关者共同参与合作．形成一体化的节能生态系统。本文运用系统动力学方法初步构建各节能利益相关者之间的结构关系，分析节能利益相关者的特征．并进一步分析了我国节能实践中的四个核心节能利益相关者——政府、企业、公众和节能中介的角色定位，为建立协调各方利益的参与合作机制提供理论参考。
