中国钢铁企业竞争力评价及其动态演变规律分析

提出企业竞争力差异的根源是基于企业的技术资本、组织资本和社会资本有机结合基础之上的企业动态能力运用效果不同的观点，建立了一个企业竞争力的内在决定因素及其作用机制的理论分析框架。在此基础上，利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法和Malmquist指数，针对我国大中型钢铁企业，根据企业价值创造的效率和有效性分析评价了我国大中型钢铁企业竞争力及其动态演变趋势。

Evaluation and Dynamic Evolution of Competitiveness of Iron and Steel Firms of China

This paper proposes that the origin of competitiveness of the firm is the dynamic capability which organically integrates the technological capital, organizational capital and social capital effectively, and established a framework model of the determinants and mechanism of the competitiveness. Using the framework model as a point of departure, the paper presents substantial evidence on the competitiveness of China Iron & Steel Firms by the Date Envelope Analysis(DEA), and also provide a dynamic analysis of the changing of the competitiveness of China Iron & Steel Firms by the Malmquist index. Finally, the paper concludes with a summary of the main insights, policy implication of the research.
