农民技术服务需求的决定因素研究

农业技术推广是农业技术发展的重要环节,而农民作为一项新技术的最终接受者和采用者,关系到一项技术能否真正被采用.本文分析了我国7省28县420个农户对不同类型农业技术的需求,并采用农户技术服务需求模型,探讨影响农户技术服务需求的决定因素.结果表明农户目前最需要技术部门提供的技术服务是畜牧养殖技术;农户家庭经济实力、技术推广指导和专业协会等是影响农户技术服务需求的主要因素.鉴于此,政府应加大我国农技推广的投资力度,并使投资方向朝畜牧养殖业倾斜.

On Decisive Factors of Farmers Demand for Technical Service

Extension of agricultural technology is the important link in developing agricultural technology. Farmers, as the final taker and adopter of agricultural technology, have played the important role in using it. This study developed a model on farmers' demand for technological services based on data from 420 rural households in 28 counties of 7 provinces, and analyzed factors that influence farmers' demand for technological services. Research results indicate that the most needed technological service for farmers is the service of livestock. Major factors influencing farmers' demand for technological service include farmers' income or wealth, local technological extension services, and farmers' technical associations. Therefore, government should reinforce investment into the extension of agricultural technologies, and place the focus of investment on livestock technology.
