| Abstract: | This article explains the meaning of rhetoric and fact of management,analyzes the reason why fact does not accord with rhetoric in business management activities,elaborates how to correctly discriminate rhetoric and fact in management theory field by evidence-based management,discusses the reason why evidence-based management cannot be implemented easily,and points out the necessity to implement evidence-based management. |
