摘    要:在华大型跨国零售企业在取消限制之后,逐步放弃合资方式而主要通过并购或独资的方式进入中国市场;扩张方式也从单店复制方式向并购、独资的方式转变;店铺布局更加深入内陆;业态组合也更加复杂。这些举动已对我国本土零售企业构成了较大的威胁。

Abstract:The large international retailers in China,since the restrictions on them were abolished,have started to enter China through merger and acquisition or exclusive investment rather than joint venture.The expansion mode has transformed from the duplication of a store to M&A and exclusive investment;the stores are entering the inland region and the combination of operation type is more complicated.Such changes have posed big challenges to the local retailers.
