| Abstract: | Holding the opportunity and developing the high vocational education, is in the need of the national and local economic development and of the consummation of our country education structure . High vocational colleges and universities development mainly follows three points: the localization of running colleges must highlight their own characteristics; Internal management must be simplified and efficient; Thought ideas must be reformed and innovated. |
