| 摘 要： | 经济周期的直接成因是总需求与总供给的不一致.总需求的周期性与总供给发生偏离,是经济制度本身的某些特点造成的.应进一步推进经济体制改革,使我国的经济稳定增长具有良好的制度基础,并有效的发挥经济政策对经济波动的平抑作用.
