基于网络大数据的阳朔民宿体验感知研究

民宿是桂林市阳朔县旅游供给要素的重要组成部分。利用八爪鱼采集器获取携程网和同程旅行网的民宿游客在线评论数据，借助Python软件通过网络文本分析法对民宿区域分布、价格、市场和高频特征词进行分析研究。结果表明，阳朔民宿的游客体验主要涉及服务、环境、文化、功能、便利性5个方面，且游客对其整体满意度较高。为了实现建设世界级旅游城市的新要求新定位，提出了相应的建议。

Research on Yangshuo Homestay Experience Perception on Network Big Data

Homestay is an important part of the tourism supply element in Yangshuo County, Guilin.The Octopus collector was used to obtain the online review data of B&B tourists from Ctrip and Tongcheng Travel, and the regional distribution, price, market, and high-frequency feature words of B&B were analyzed and studied through web text analysis method with the help of Python software. The results of the analysis show that the tourist experience of Yangshuo B&Bs is mainly related to five aspects: service, environment, culture, function, and convenience, and the overall satisfaction of tourists is high.Corresponding suggestions are made to realize the new requirements and positioning of building a world-class tourism city.
