| 摘 要： | 有限责任公司股东账簿查阅权是股东对公司的会计账簿、会计书类和有关记录进行阅览的权利。我国新公司法对此项权利的行使进行了原则规定。股东账簿查阅权的行使应有正当目的,并受持股时间和持股数量限制。股东在请求行使权利时必须严格遵循法定程序,遭拒绝时,可请求司法救济。

| Abstract: | The rights of checking stock-holders account books in Ltd.Company is the rights entitled to stock-holders to examine account books and relating records.Our new company laws lay down rules on the rights.Stock-holders' exertion of the rights should be proper,and limited by the time and amount of stock-holding.Stock-holders should abide by the legal procedure and ask for judicial help. |
