动物商标英译名的隐含禁忌语

摘    要:至中国加入WTO以来,越来越多的中国商品纷纷销往国外,并且越来越多的商家意识到真正能够成功走出国门的商品都需要有一个成功的商标译名。一个成功的商标译名不但要达到音、形、意的结合,还要注意商标英译名的隐含语。从动物商标英译名的隐含语入手,分析和探讨商标英译名的隐含语问题。

Abstract:Since China has become to a member of WTO, more and more Chinese commodities are sold abroad. However, it is the successful translated brands that make domestic commodities warmly accepted by the foreign consumers. A successful translated brand not only keeps in harmony with sound, form and meaning, but also has implicative meaning. The paper analyzes the implication that guides the translation of animal brands and deduces some general criteria that should be followed in the translation of brands.
