加强标准化信息工作提高石油企业开拓市场的能力

本文论述了石油企业在开拓国内外市场的过程中,必须重视标准化信息。指出,标准化化信息咨询服务机构应以提高石油企业开拓市场的能力为中心,从馆藏结构、咨询服务、网络建设、队伍建设四个方面改进工作,提高信息服务水平。

Strengthen the Standardization Information Work in Order to Raise the Ability of Petroleum Enterprise of Opening up the Market

This paper expounds the points that the petroleum enterprises have to pay attention to the standardization information when they want open up the internal and international market. It is pointed out that the consultative organization of standardization information should persist in raising the ability of petroleum enterprise to open up market as a centre, and from four respects such as the framework of library, consultative service, network building and personnel tranning to improve their work, to raise the level of information service.
