| 摘 要： | 企业社会责任是指企业在谋求股东利润最大化之外所负有的维护和增进社会公益的义务。在社会主叉和谐社会历史背景下的今天，要充分考量中国企业的现实情况，从多角度来构建一套适合我国国情的企业社会责任法律规制体系，为构建和谐社会提供一些有益的思路。

| Abstract: | The enterprises'social duty is that when they try to make the most profit for the shareholders.They have the responsibility to maintain and enhance the social virtue.Nowadays under the harmonious background and facing the reality of Chinese enterprises we should set up a set of regulation system which is fit for the enterprises to do their social duty in several aspects. |
