摘    要:我国的加盟连锁企业经过十多年的发展,已经初具规模和特色。其中本土企业与台资企业两种不同的经营风格在既竞争又合作的过程中,形成了良好的竞争生态环境,它们在经营理念、商品特点、赢利模式、品牌战略、监控督导等方面都有不同的做法,提供了很好的经验,分析和研究这两种不同的经营风格,对于进一步推进我国加盟连锁业的健康发展,有很重要的现实意义。

Abstract:The allied chain enterprises have begun to grow up and developed their characteristics over more than 10 years in China.The enterprises on the Mainland and in Taiwan are in the process of both competition and cooperation and thus create a healthy ecological environment for their competition.There are many differences from each other in management belief,product characteristics,profit model,brand strategy,supervision,etc.In the analysis of the above two management styles,we can facilitate the further development of the allied chain enterprises in China significantly.
