摘    要:党的十一届三中会会以来,我国高等教育的改革和发展经历了拨乱反正、恢复发展,探索改革、加速发展,深化改革、积极发展,全面改革、大力发展四个阶段。在邓小平发展理论指导下,从多学科观点研究高等教育改革和发展,三中全会以来,我国高等教育走出了一条超常规、台阶式、内涵外延交互发挥作用,促进规模、结构、质量、效益协调发展的道路。从1999年起,我国已经进入大力发展高等教育的新阶段,走上了以外延发展为主,带动内涵发展,促进规模、结构、质量、效益相协调的可持续发展道路。

Abstract:Since the 3rd plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Community, high education reform and development in China have experienced the four periods: putting things on the right track and resuming development; exploding reform and accelerating development; deepening reform and developing actively; reforming in an all round way and developing vigorously. Under the guide of Deng Xiao ping Theory, high education reform and development have been researched from multi subject viewpoint. Since 1999, China high education has come into the new vigorous development stage, and has been in an over conventional, staged, sustainable development way that centers on the development of extension, brings along the development of intension, promotes high education development of scale, structure, quality, and efficiency.
