摘 要: | 通过对产品异质性与消费者行为含义、内容及相互影响的多方面分析 ,阐述了两者形成互动关系的基础和意义 ,着重强调了提高产品异质性与促进消费者购买行为的互动联系 ,并从该方面对企业核心竞争力的改善提出了一些建议。
