中国经济与环境协调发展的趋势分析

改革开放后,中国经济在快速增长的同时,支付了昂贵的资源环境代价。尤其是2003年以来污染物排放出现大幅度反弹,经济增长与环境问题再度成为关注的焦点。本文在对相关变量进行预测的基础上,利用灰色关联法预测了"十一五"期间中国经济与环境协调发展的趋势,发现除2008年外,中国经济与环境协调的情况是不乐观的。

Study on Harmonious Development Tendency of Economy and Environment in China

Since reform and opening to the world,China has paid much for environment while developing its national economy.Especially since 2003,the pollutant discharge has bounced dramatically,and environmental problems and economic growth have become the focus again.Prediction made by the Gray System Model indicates that coordinate level of China's economy and environment is not optimistic during the eleventh five-year-plan,except 2008.
