| 摘 要： | 传统的人身权更多强调的是精神利益的保护,但是随着市场经济的发展,人身权尤其是人格权开始具有更多、更直接的财产利益,对此,法律应确认并允许权利人在上述两种意义上使用和维护其人身权利。
