基于交通运输方式选择的旅客出行时间价值研究

为了研究旅客出行时间价值与交通方式选择的动态关系,更好地掌握旅客出行方式,在研究国内外关于旅客出行时间价值与交通运输方式选择问题相关文献的基础上,基于旅客角度,阐述了旅客出行时间价值与交通运输方式选择之间的互动关系。以京沪客运通道旅客出行意愿为面向对象,充分考虑旅客的社会经济属性、出行性质属性以及交通运输方式特征属性,通过SP调查研究出行时间价值与交通运输方式选择之间的互动关系,提出了基于消费者效用最大化理论的非集计模型。通过模型推导计算发现:旅客出行方式选择与其经济水平、出行属性密切相关,经济条件和出行属性优越者更倾向于选择快速性与舒适性更好的交通运输方式。研究结果可为交通管理部门科学合理地评估时间价值效益、有效进行交通规划与管理提供参考。

Study on the value of travel time under the selection of transportation modes

In order to study the dynamic relationship between the value of travel time(VOT) and the choice of transportation modes, and to optimize the travel mode of passengers, the interactive relationship between the VOT and the choice of transportation mode from the perspective of passengers based on the present status in this field at home and abroad was analyzed. With the SP survey data of the travel intention of passengers from Beijing to Shanghai, this paper put forward a disaggregate logit model based on the theory of consumer utility maximization considering fully passengers'' economic level, travel attributes and vehicle attributes.Through the model derivation and calculation, the results show that the choice of passenger travel mode is closely related to its economic level and trip attributes. Those with superior economic conditions and travel attributes tend to choose the transportation mode with better speediness and comfort. The research results can provide a reference for traffic management departments to evaluate the benefit of time value and carry out effective traffic planning and management.
