| 摘 要： | 根据21世纪人才素质竞争的需要，本文针对我国的高等教育改革进行了一定的研究和探讨，并结合我国目前高等教育的现状，从教育的发展趋势－国际化、现代化、多样化、大众化、个性化和市场化等六个方面对大学生实施素质教育的必要性进行了论述。

On the basis of the present Chinese education of higher learning,with the tendency of the development of education of higher learning, which includes internationalization? modernization? diversification? massification as well as market development it is necessary for academics to receive quality education. |
