| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种可持续发展的经济。在系统梳理国内外关于循环经济研究成果的基础上,分析了我国循环经济发展存在的主要问题,探讨了循环经济发展的主要模式、重点区域、重点领域及实现路径,同时提出了有针对性的政策建议。
